Mr. Chetan B Patel, Practicing Company Secretary is the founder of the Chetan Patel & Associates. Distinguished exposure and has over 21 years of experience as a practicing Company Secretary. Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Registered with IBBI as Insolvency Professional since year 2019 and has also obtained Bachelor of Business Administration from Saurashtra university, Bachelors Degree in Law from Gujarat University and BEC-II – (Business English Certificate) from Cambridge University.

Regular speaker at various public forum & training programs conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) on various topic including IBC, RERA, CSR, RPT etc. Chairman Ahmedabad Chapter (2013) of CSI) and Secretary of Western India Regional council – (2018). And Central Council Member of ICSI for the term (2019-2022).
